Founder & CEO

Jason Knaggs

Kapow Strategies produces clarity and results to businesses through strategic and creative consulting. We believe in a collaborative approach which empowers teams to implement actionable plans with confidence, positive energy, and a shared commitment to success. We make the journey as rewarding as the results.

With a Bachelor’s in Economics, a Master’s in Leadership and Management through Western Governor’s University and 25 years of diverse, work experience, I have succeeded in a large variety of work sectors including hospitality, retail, finance, tourism, non-profits, mentorships, and cooperatives. I have 10 years of volunteerism with Outdoors For All teaching skiing and kayaking to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities.

Throughout these years I have learned that every business and organization can improve. Whether it is simple policy change, complex procedure optimization, existing program improvement, or anything in between, businesses (no matter how big or small) can greatly benefit from strategizing and focusing on clarification and simplification. As founder and CEO, I am personally involved with each client and deeply believe in a collaborative process.

Outside of working and volunteering, I enjoy training for half marathons along the scenic trails of Seattle, where I now call home with my husband Josh and our cat Oscar. I find great relaxation in reading, painting, and cooking and occasionally playing pinball and retro videogames.
